Over the years, Formosa föreningen has faced uncountable challenges, but luckily overcome the difficulties with both the support of overseas Taiwanese and the sacrifice of the members of the board.
1991 The fourth re-election of the board: Chairman of the board Mr. Jianzhong Zhang, Vice chairman Hongyu Liu , inspector Mr. Xanshing Dia , and chief financial officer Mr. Fusong Liu. Chinese language course expended to Chinese language school and chairman also working as principal that time.

1993 Sveriges Kinesiska Kultur och Invandrar Förbund got the opportunity to host the 21th "European Chinese (Taiwanese) annual summit" in Sweden on 1995.
1996-1997 Since it was a lots change of personal within the organization and lack of funding, Sveriges Kinesiska Kultur och Invandrar Förbund needed to release the leasing of the chinese language school classroom in order have the months' rent of 9000 sek.

The Chinese language school, which belongs to Sveriges Kinesiska Kultur och Invandrar Förbund, had become too crowded and can only undertake four classes.
From 1991 to 1997, association chairman was Jianzhong Chang, He-wang Kuo took over chairman duty when the Chairman Jianzhong Chang pass away.
In 1997 appointed the school principal Lian Kratz responsible for the Chinese school and registered "Kinesiska Spåkföreningen i Stockholm Kommun (reg. 802403-6934)" as name to apply as association (förening) and also apply to use Eriksdal skolan facility later for the Chinese school.
Kinesiska Spåkföreningen is a subsidiary organization under Sveriges Kinesiska Kultur och Invandrar Förbund.

From 1979 to 1997, all members in Sveriges Kinesiska Kultur och Invandrar Förbund have no need to pay membership fee.
All expense such as rental fee, Chinese language school operation, books, furniture, etc., were free sponsorship by Taiwanese member and OCAC in Taiwan.
The annual operation expenses of organization was around 0.5 million SEK at that time.
Sveriges Kinesiska Kultur och Invandrar Förbund were changed name to Formosa Kulturförening and elected Mr. Hao-hsiung Su as the chairman of the board on 1997 for the sixth re-election of the board.
Also, Kinesiska Spåkföreningen i Stockholm Kommun has move into the new location at Eriksdals Skola in 1998.

2000 Mr. Sin-tau Kan has been elected as the chairman of the board on the 7th re-election of the board for Formosa kulturförening.

2002 Mr. Sin-tau Kan has been re-elected as the chairman of the board on the 8th re-election of the board for Formosa Kulturförening.

In order to support the continuation of the development of the Kinesiska Spåkföreningen,

Mr. Kan has formed a board of directors (Styrelse) for the Kinesiska Spåkföreningen and been elected as the chairman of the board.

Mr. Kan has also created an organization constitution for the Kinesiska Spåkföreningen for the board to follow.

2004 Mrs. Yu Ying Hedlund has been elected as the chairman of the board on the 9th re-election of the board for Formosa Kulturförening.

2006 Formosa Kulturförening had hosted the 32nd "European Chinese (Taiwanese) annual summit. Mrs. Hsiang-lan Yeh has been elected as the chairman of the board on the 10th re-election of the board for Formosa Kulturförening.

2007 Formosa kulturförening registered again in Swedish förening.

2008 Mrs. Hsiang-lan Chang has been re-elected as the chairman of the board on the 11th re-election of the board for Formosa kulturförening.

2010 September Mr. David Lin has been elected as the chairman of the board on the 12th re-election of the board for Formosa kulturförening.

2011 Mr. David Lin has re-structure the board of directors for Kinesiska Spåkföreningen i Stockholm according to the organization constitution set on 2002. Mr. David Lin resigned himself due the personal issue on August 2011.
2011 September 10th, that Mrs. Hai-Ying Lin was elected as chairman of the 13th board director for Formosa kulturförening.

1. 1979~1981: Mr. Li-tsai Chang (張禮財)

2. 1981~1988: Mr. He-wang Kuo (郭合旺)

3. 1988~1991: Mr. Liang-yu Chiang (蔣良玉)

4. 1991~1994: Mr. Chien-chung Chang (張正忠)

5. 1994~1998: Mrs.Hung-yu Liu(劉鴻玉)/ Mr. He-wang Kuo(郭合旺)

6. 1997~2000: Mr. Hao-hsiung Su (蘇好雄)

7. 2000~2004: Mr. Sin-tau Kan (闞興濤)

8. 2004~2006: Mrs.Yu-ying Hedlund (李玉英)

9. 2006~2010: Mrs.Hsiang-lan Chang (葉香蘭)

10. 2010~2011: Mr. David Lin (林朝求)

11. 2011/september 10th - Now : Mrs. Hai-Ying Lin (林海英)
